Streit Perham Hall, located across the street from Beasley Coliseum on the north side of campus, is an active and engaging hall that encourages its students to live a balanced lifestyle. Many students enjoy the location of Streit/Perham since it is close to the Student Recreation Center and athletic facilities.

What common spaces are available?
- Two study lounges in main lobby.
- Each floor has a lounge that can be used for studying.
- Both halls have a ground floor lounge that containing tables for studying, furniture for lounging, and recreation equipment for socializing.
- Perham has one kitchen with stove, microwave, refrigerator and sink off of main lobby.
- Each floor in Perham has a microwave in the laundry room.
- Streit has a kitchen with stove, microwave, refrigerator, and sink on each floor.

Is this hall accessible?
Several rooms are hearing accessible. Public facilities are not accessible.

Is there additional storage available?
- Each building has a small storage room in the basement, and floors 2, 3, 5, 6 in each hall have a small space for storage.
- There is bike storage outside of ground floor on the north side of Streit and the south side of Perham. There are no bike inside storage areas in these halls.

What are furniture specifications?
Beds
- Bed frames are 36" x 80".
- Mattresses are 80"L by 36"W. Extra long sheets with deep pockets work best.
- Bed risers can be used to gain storage.
- Beds can be bunked, but not lofted.
- Beds can be adjusted to 10", 20" or 30" above the floor. The maximum amount of space under the bed is 32".
Dressers
- Built in dressers are 22"W x 22"D with six drawers to each dresser.
- Each room has a medicine cabinet over the dresser that measures 19"W x 24"H by 8"D.
- There are sets of 3-4 stackable dressers for each resident. Each drawer measures 26 1/8"W x 24"D x 10"H.
Desks
- 39"W x 35"D on one end and 24"D on the other.
- The desk has one drawer.
- There are two shelves above each desk: 37"W x 24"H x 9"D

- Double rooms are 10'4" W x 15'6"L.
- Single rooms are 7'9"W x 15'6"L.
- Windows are 5'2"W by 6'H and are hexagonal.
- Closets are 37"W x 24"D x 80"H with overhead cabinets that are 58"W x 24"D x 22"H.
- Each side of the room has a mirror above a dresser unit next to the closet.
- Four outlets per room.
- Rooms are carpeted.
- Microwaves are not permitted, but micro- or minifridges are.

What laundry facilities are available?
- Streit has a laundry room in the basement that contains five front-loading washers and eight dryers.
- Perham has a laundry room on each floor with one front-loading washer and one dryer.
- There is no cost because each student pays a laundry fee as part of room and board.
