Single Student Apartments
Applications for Fall 2024/Spring 2025 will open on February 1, 2024. Please click the Single Student Apartment Application box to the right to access the application. These apartments are for students only, with furnished and unfurnished options. Students can apply individually, and when they have a full group (one person per bedroom) their group will move to the waitlist. Offers are made as space is available.
Family/Graduate Apartments
Graduate students and students with families have priority for these apartments. 1, 2, 3 bedroom units are unfurnished and studios are furnished. Only after the student need is met will faculty/staff become eligible.
Roommate Alert
Students looking for a roommate for our Single Student Apartments or the Shared-Graduate Apartments can find a roommate through our Roommate Finder application. You can use this tool to help you find a roommate who shares your living preferences. Click the button to give it a try!
