*Beginning July 1, 2022 Laundry will be free for all residents.
* Monthly rates are per person and applied if the apartment is fully occupied.
Monthly rate includes WSU ResNet high-speed internet, TV, water, sewer and garbage.
Monthly rate at Chinook, Columbia and Nez Perce does not include electricity.
Monthly rate at Chief Joseph includes electricity.
The monthly license fee period runs from the 1st day of the month to the last day of the month. Monthly rate is due on the first day of each month.
All Nez Perce apartments, as well as some of the Chinook Townhouses have been refurbished for the comfort of our residents. Refurbishment includes new fixtures, flooring, windows, lights, counter tops, and the addition of dishwashers.
Chief Joseph Village renovation was completed in August 2020 and includes new fixtures, flooring, windows, lights, countertops and dishwashers, along with a community room with an expanded laundry and a fire pit outside.
A prepayment of the first month’s rate, for fall semester, is due by July 1 unless the financial aid payment option was requested on your application.
Monthly rate is due on the 1st of the month.
Your student account shows the full semester charge for your room. The Fall semester billing period is for August through December (5 months); the Spring semester billing period is for January through June (6 months). Financial aid is applied to your account at the start of each semester. You are responsible for any remaining balance.
