General Council
The RHA General Council is the governing body of the RHA. The General Council is made up of two elected representatives from each affiliated Residence Hall. The duties of each RHA Council member are to attend or send an alternate to RHA Council/assigned RHA Standing Committee meetings, take all issues back to hall constituents for feedback and input, and act as a liaison between RHA and Hall Government.
Membership
Membership in RHA shall be achieved by living in an affiliated Residence Hall with a constitution recognized by the RHA and paying dues to the Hall Government/RHA.
Executive Board
Executive President
The Executive President chairs the RHA Executive Board and the RHA General Council meetings. They are responsible for the central planning and execution of RHA goals. The Executive President meets with key campus administrators, promotes awareness/support for RHA, and appoints members of RHA to serve on various Advisory Boards on campus.

Vice President of Communnications/NCC
The VP of Communications/National Communications Coordinator chairs the Public Outreach Committee and serves as the liaison between WSU and PACURH/NACURH. They are responsible for managing all RHA social media accounts, managing communication between RHA and other colleges/universities, and serving as the delegation chair for WSU/RHA during regional and national conferences.

Vice President of Finance
The VP of Finance chairs the Finance Committee. They are responsible for monitoring all RHA expenditures, creating a budget line-item glossary, and managing the RHA Funding Request process.

Vice President of Programming
The VP of Programming chairs the Programming Committee. They are responsible for facilitating the planning of all RHA programming during the year, planning/executing traditional RHA programming (RHA’s Price is Right, Spring Hall Week, etc.), and creating educational programs in collaboration with campus partners.

Vice President of Administration and Leadership
The VP of Administration and Leadership is responsible for the execution of Parliamentary Procedure during council meetings, planning/facilitating Hall Government Training, and to create/distribute RHA Meeting Minutes each week. The VP of Administration and Leadership is also creating/monitoring a feedback system for residents regarding issues related to on-campus living (Housing, Dining, Residence Life, etc.).

Chief Justice
The Chief Justice serves as the chair of the Judicial Board. They are responsible for guiding the Judicial Board in an annual Constitution/By-Law Review and mediating any internal conflicts at the request of a Hall Government.

RHA Advisor
The RHA Advisor is a full-time, professional staff member within the Housing and Residence Life Department. They are responsible for attending all RHA Executive/General Council meetings, serving as a resource for residential student leaders, and acting as a liaison between RHA and Residence Life.
