Joining Hall Government
You can contact your Resident Advisor (RA), Senior Resident Advisor (SRA), or the Residential Education Director (RED) of your assigned Residence Hall to learn more about Hall Government and how you can get involved. Additionally, you can stop by the RHA Office (CUB 323) and talk with an RHA Executive Board member about getting involved.
Advocating for Change
The first step in advocating for change in your Residence Hall would be getting in touch with your Hall Government or Residential Education Director (RED). If you aren’t sure where to get started, you can always contact one of the RHA Executive Board members to discuss the changes you’d like to make.
RHA Funding Request Process
Are you a student leader in the Residence Halls who wants to plan a large program that your Hall Government didn’t budget for? The Residence Hall Association can help provide funding to bring your program idea to life!
If a student staff member, Hall Government or Registered Student Organization would like to request funding for programs/events from the Residence Hall Association, please fill out the following form by 11:59 PM the Wednesday before you would like to come to the RHA General Council meeting to present a funding request. For more information about the Funding Request Process, please contact the VP of Finance at rha.finance@wsu.edu.
**Please note that any non-Residence Hall Affiliated RSO can only receive up to $1,500 per funding request.
