Residence Life Desk Assistants

Residence Life Desk Assistants are responsible for providing customer service to residents and guests of our buildings and completing administrative tasks as assigned. Tasks include but are not limited to sorting mail, assisting with lockouts and check-ins/check-outs, checking in and out supplies, and communicating with residents.

Applicants must be a WSU student. 

Shifts fall during normal business hours for the area desks: Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m.- 9:00 p.m. and Saturday-Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Hiring

Students who are interested in working for the Department of Housing and Residence Life as a Residence Hall Area Desk Assistant should fill out an application on Handshake. Applications will be posted in the spring for the following academic year. Review and scoring of applications will occur as they are submitted.
