  • What common spaces are available?

    • Each floor has a study lounge and there are two large study lounges on the main floor.
    • Every floor has a microwave and there is a kitchen located in the basement.
    • The main lounge has a pool table, ping pong table, foosball table, big screen TV, kitchen, and computer lab.
  • What laundry facilities are available?

    Each floor has a washer and dryer. The cost is included in room and board.

  • Is this hall accessible?

    There are two wheelchair accessible rooms with private bathrooms and one hearing-impaired accessible room.

    Both buildings have elevators, making the floors accessible. The basement area, including the recreation room and a computer lab, are also accessible.

  • Is there additional storage available?

    There are bike racks located under Goldsworthy. 

  • What are furniture specifications?

    Beds

    • Mattresses are 80" L by 36" wide. Sheets with deep pockets fit best.
    • Bed frames are slightly longer than the mattress.
    • In Goldsworthy beds can be lofted or bunked. In Gannon, beds cannot be lofted or bunked.
    • Space under the bed ranges from 8-32" when unlofted.
    • Bed risers can be used to gain storage space.

    Desks

    • 40" W x 52" H x 24" D,
      • Gannon: includes one shelf above and three drawers.
      • Goldsworthy: includes detached three drawer moveable cabinet.

    Dressers

    • Gannon: 27" W x 60 11/16" H x 24" D with two shelves in a cabinet and three drawers underneath.
    • Goldsworthy: three stacking drawers, 26 1/8" W x 10" H x 24" D each.

    Closets

    • 76" H x 45" W x 26" deep. A top shelf above the closet is 15" high.

     

  • What are the room specifications?

    • There are 12 outlets in the room, 6 on each side.
    • Rooms are not carpeted.
    • Windows are 10' W x 3.5' H.
    • Minifridges are permitted, but microwaves are not.
