Housing and Residence Life

577 apartments in 5 complexes make up WSU's Family and Graduate Housing with a price range to fit every budget. Much more than just apartments, these complexes are communities where the residents form friendships and a sense of belonging.

Students with spouses and/or dependents are given priority. Graduate Housing is available for Master's and Doctoral students living alone, although a limited number of shared two-bedroom apartments are available. Visiting professors, post doctorate researchers, new faculty and staff are considered once student demand has been met.

Did you know?

Bus service, with access to both WSU and the Pullman community, is provided by Pullman Transit free to students and staff.

Post-doctorate researchers, visiting professors, new faculty and staff can request apartment housing within our family housing complexes. Assignments are made on a space available basis after all student demand has been met.

Post-doctorate researchers and visiting professors requiring short-term housing of 3 months or less have an additional option.  We offer short term housing for visiting post docs, scholars, scientists, and researchers. It is a shared apartment with the same gender, each person will have their own locking bedroom and the kitchen, living room, and bathroom are shared with up to 2 other people. The apartment is fully furnished with furniture, dishes, toaster, etc. and has phone, TV with cable and internet. We provide linen service weekly. These apartments are non-smoking and overnight guests are not allowed. The cost is $20 per night. We require a 2 week minimum stay and for those staying at least 30 days, a 30 day notice if one decides to move to alternate living arrangements.
